I really appreciate the disarming "flatness" of this piece, the figure turns beautifully, but at the same time seems like a cutout pasted on top of overlapping hills.
Andrea is really gifted. Yes her technique in the lace work is stunning. But this is soft representation of how Andrea works in touching the viewer. I would urge many, as did Ms. Pencils above ,to visit Ms. Kowch's website.
