  2. VH- Thanks for your comment. Also, I want to add that I love the guy in the corner! I think he adds a lot to the work. To me, he seems to adore the woman. I read it as affection. And to celebrate something so positive in paint is not done enough these days.

    As much as I enjoy painting, I get my inspiration from art like this!
    Not only does he seem to adore this women, I will go as far as to say there is a sense of independence in her, she evokes a self assurance. That is true beauty. That would allure any man.

  6. Wow! I love the structure in her face. She expresses strength and confidence. She seems self assured and independent. The man adoring her feels to me, that he adores her for having these qualities. It's really a wonderful painting. Very inspiring.
